  7. Negotiate until you find a price that suits both seller and buyer

  9. Sign closing documents

- What expenses will I be responsible for upon closing? What is your commission rate?

- What sets you apart from other real estate agents?

- Is there anything I haven’t asked that you think is important for me to know?

The right realtor will be glad to answer these questions for you. If they resist, or if they really struggle to come up with answers, you may want to go back to the drawing board and find somebody else.
